My friend Vincent doesn’t like to celebrate his birthday. Even when he organizes a big birthday bash for himself, he calls it a mingler, rather than let people know it is his birthday. Regardless I decided to bake him a cake, and then proceeded to tweet a photo to him to come by for a slice. I unfortunately can’t remember what recipe I used to bake this carrot cake, which is a bit of as shame, as it was one of my favorites. Here are some photos of the cake.
